Temporal Modification

In this paper, I describe a general theory of coercion and applied it to some examples of temporal predication. I argue that such an approach gives us more flexibility and provides an interesting and different perspective on verb phrase modification and verb phrase denotations than standard Neo-Davidsonian ones.
