Finite element modelling for soft tissues surgery based on nonlinear elasticity behaviour

Résumé

We present here a new approach based on a 3D finite element software and nonlinear hyper-elastic constitutive equations, able to model surgical operations. This software has been applied to soft tissues deformation, and numerical results are compared to experimental ones.
