Abstract : It has been a long time since broadcasting was considered as the eighth art; and most of its programs appear now as a trivial, familiar and obvious form of communication. Under which conditions radio produces innovative or creative contents? Under which conditions this media is able to invent new forms of representation, new cultural meanings?
