Effect of degree of cross-linking of sodium acrylate hydrogels on their swelling in variously acidic solutions

Résumé

Swelling of sodium acrylate-based polyelectrolytic hydrogels with various degrees of cross-linking (from 300 to 50 acrylate units per cross-link) was studied over the solution pH range from 2 to 12.
