Initiated as a network of philosophy of/as interdisciplinarity, PIN has turned into a reflexion group on the new practices of philosophy, which brings together Anglo-Saxon and Continental trends. Philosophy is viewed in its combinations with other disciplines and practices in all their heterogeneousness to develop a fitter plateform for scientific exchange, a so-called "collective intimacy", where concepts that have become generic allow to extend disciplinary knowledge on the basis of a new intrdisciplinary logic.
