Résumé

Compressed liquid densities for the 2-propanol (1) + water (2) mixture have been determined at (300, 325, and 350) K and x 1, close to 0.25, 0.49, and 0.73 using a vibrating tube densimeter. Liquid densities have been measured from about atmospheric pressure up to 10 MPa and correlated with a multilayer feedforward neural network. The composition dependence of the excess molar volume has been evaluated in the temperature and pressure range of the experimental data. A model based on a multilayer feedforward neural network function combined with the saturated pressure equation of the pure fluids has been regressed on the available literature data for the bubble pressure. The correlations for liquid density and bubble pressure have been used to generate the saturated liquid density surface in the whole temperature range of the measured compressed liquid densities and for compositions ranging from the pure 2-propanol to the pure water.
