External Drift on Potential

This paper is motivated by the number of questions that have been raised when using the Potential method more intensively, both in the
estimation and the simulation versions. It seems essential to understand the behaviors when selecting some values of the parameters before more
spectacular results are obtained when introducing some external drift or some moving neighborhood concepts.
