Vers un modèle de simulation de la mutualisation logistique 4.0

Abstract : Pooling is seen as one of the an innovative solution to effectively address growing logistical challenges and improve sustainability. It has already shown its performance well in economic terms by reducing costs and in environmental terms by minimising emissions of greenhouse gases. Despite its advantages in sustainability, there are factors that block the success of pooling, namely the problem of coordination and interaction between the different partners, etc. The shared supply chain 4.0 (SC 4.0) represents a better solution to remedy these problems and improve the interaction between the different partners. Thanks to the combination of SC 4.0 and pooling, the result of sustainability can be improved compared to traditional logistics chains. This study aims to proposes a generic simulation model for a pooled SC 4.0. In order to demonstrate its performance, an illustrative example will be processed while evaluating the economic indicators (transport cost, loading cost, unloading cost and vehicle fill rate) and environmental indicators in the form of CO2 emissions. Better results are obtained when evaluating the effectiveness of this solution compared to that of the traditional logistics chain.
