Musicothérapie et tiercéïté en pédopsychiatrie périnatale : genèse d’un projet vers une«musique à trois»

Abstract : Major intellectual deficiency is a mental handicap where the cognitive sphere is found considerably faded. Social cognitions are failing and other cognitive attacks are present, like difficulties on the level of the attention and memory. The music can play a fundamental role in the link to build with these people. With this public, the music therapy seems an excellent mediator to develop and support the relation and the communication with others, to maintain a social link. More than one simple objective of socialization, it is a whole change which takes place on the levels of the cognitive capacities of the person. This improvement of the cognitive capacities is possible thanks to a cerebral plasticity and an impact of the music on the brain. The music therapy plays a role in the cognitive remediation (or cognitive stimulation) near people reached of a major intellectual deficiency, in order to bring to them some days richer in relation and autonomy.
