Musiquer et Narrer dans un groupe thérapeutique

Abstract : Qualitative research from a case study of therapeutic group with sound mediation in the ordinary field of a day hospital for adults suffering from psychotic disorders asked the way the play with sounds helps restore the symbolization process particularly prevented for these subjects. Driven by a true « narrative need » the group built its adventure of symbolization and subjective appropriation of experience, experience remained until then unthinkable, unrepresentable, untellable. Driven by a need for intelligibility, the clinician identifies, decrypts and narrates the partition of the adventure of the symbolization of the group.
