Chaos, mise en pensée, mise en parole, les méandres d’un processus créatif

Abstract : Children and teenagers received in cure in the child psychiatric departments how various pathologies with all kinds of social withdrawal expressions, social or educational phobias as well as children suffering from autism spectrum disorder, infantile psychosis, anorexia… In a thought sometimes presenting itself as formless, disordered, unorganized or unspeakable indeed, musicotherapy offers an singularsetting as a space where personal word can be elaborated and expressed. With the rhythm and melodic support of music, thoughts can organise itself. Therapeutical relationship follows the meanders of the thought with individual sessions or group sessions. Step by step, sparse elements can organize themselves to become really talking words. An « I» can begin to beheard…
