Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur thermischen Spaltung von Kohlenwasserstoffen (10), wobei in ein Plasmagas (30) thermische Energie durch einen Lichtbogen zwischen mindestens zwei Elektroden (3) eingebracht wird. Das aufgeheizte Plasmagas (30) wird mit den zu spaltenden Kohlenwasserstoffen (10) gemischt, wobei die zu spaltenden Kohlenwasserstoffe (10) auf eine Temperatur größer als 600 °C erwärmt werden, wobei die zu spaltenden Kohlenwasserstoffe (10) zu einem Gemisch aus Kohlenstoff und Wasserstoff thermisch gespalten werden. Das Plasmagas (30) weist eine Gasmischung aus Kohlenwasserstoffen (10) und aus Reaktionsgas (20) auf, wobei die Gasmischung aus Kohlenwasserstoffen (10) des Plasmagases (30) und aus Reaktionsgas (20) des Plasmagases (30) ein bestimmtes Verhältnis aufweist. The invention relates to a method for the thermal cracking of hydrocarbons (10), wherein thermal energy is introduced to a plasma gas (30) by an arc between at least two electrodes (3). The heated plasma gas (30) is mixed with the hydrocarbons (10) to be cracked, wherein the hydrocarbons (10) to be cracked are heated to a temperature of greater than 600 °C, wherein the hydrocarbons (10) to be cracked are thermally cracked into a mixture of carbon and hydrogen. The plasma gas (30) comprises a gas mixture of hydrocarbons (10) and of reaction gas (20), wherein the gas mixture has a specific ratio of hydrocarbons (10) of the plasma gas (30) and of reaction gas (20) of the plasma gas (30). The invention further relates to a device for carrying out said method.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour le craquage thermique d'hydrocarbures (10), l'énergie thermique étant appliquée par un arc électrique entre au moins deux électrodes (3) dans un gaz plasma (30). Le gaz plasma (30) chauffé est mélangé aux hydrocarbures (10) à craquer, lesdits hydrocarbures (10) à craquer étant chauffés à une température supérieure à 600 °C. Les hydrocarbures (10) à craquer sont soumis à un craquage thermique pour donner un mélange d'hydrocarbure et d'hydrogène. Le gaz plasma (30) présente un mélange gazeux constitué d'hydrocarbures (10) et de gaz réactionnel (20), ledit mélange gazeux constitué des hydrocarbures (10) du gaz plasma (30) et du gaz réactionnel (20) du gaz plasma (30) présentant un rapport déterminé. L'invention concerne par ailleurs un dispositif pour la mise en œuvre de ce procédé.
