Comportement et durabilité des composites à renforts fibreux et matrices organiques : Mieux comprendre pour mieux prédire

Abstract : The work presented in this document concerns the behaviour and durability of composite materials with fibrous reinforcements and organic matrices. Anchored in the socio-economic world with an expected industrial purpose, this work is intended for the transport and energy sectors. It is part of a mainly mechanical, experimental and numerical field. From the structure to the microstructure, three scales are approached and constitute the support for three intertwined research themes: (I) Assistance in the design of composite material structures in terms of behaviour and service life; (II) the impact of morphological fluctuations of the microstructure on the transverse thermo-mechanical properties and (III) the thermo-mechanical behaviour of fibrous reinforcements, on a mono-filament scale.
